Initiate Your Request
Log into your Buraq Wear account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
